Such a refreshing experience doing business with the Vitko family. Very professional and they treat you like family. I highly recommend Sacks for whatever your jewelry needs may be.
Worst experience ever. Left my watch there for a battery, they returned it broke and won't fix it. Owners daughter has a filthy mouth, told me to go f__k myself. I asked to speak to owner, he had a more filthy mouth than his daughter. The Apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Stay as far away from this place as possible, unless you feel that bad service can be accepted. Their response was patronizing and filled with lies.
