I thought this company would be better than the local companies since they were considerably more expensive. I told them over the phone that the carpet had some heavily soiled areas which they thought their process could handle. They did an OK job, but my carpet still has areas that are not clean. I plan to get the carpet cleaned again (by someone else) to see if the soiled areas can be cleaned better .

Nice people, got here quick, twice the cost I usually pay, left a LOT of spots my usual guys get out, and left the carpeting soaking wet.
I was a 1st time user on my carpet, got it clean and while they were here they wash the out side of my house good job well done,they were professional.
Very professional, prompt and trustworthy. Called before coming. Will use them again in the future. They do more than just cleaning carpets and tile floors. Our next job may be washing the whole house down. Would definitely recommend.
