Cindi and Dale were down to earth, friendly, and exceedingly professional as they catered our wedding at the Mishawaka Amphitheater last year! From the delicious soup cups for appetizers to the gorgeous cupcake tower as dessert: these two, with their team, made our special day stress free and memorable. They had requests for recipes, ( which are Cindi secrets by the way) and I even ordered several quarts of the sherried butternut squash soup since the wedding.
