RecommendedI recently purchased a tail extension with a unique weight system. They gave excellent customer service prior to the purchase. They again gave excellent customer service when I asked to send it back for the weight at be attached to the extension so that there would only be one step to attach the tail instead of two. I would definitely do bus with them again.
