Lost power to several areas of my house. Sackett scheduled an appointment for me, and actually talked me through the fix while gathering information for the appointment. Great company and very knowledgeable!
Installed fan that broke 1 year later. Said he would repair but never showed up. Unreliable.
Mr. Sackett will be your go to electrician. With the only fair pricing in town, he is complimented with professionalism, trustworthiness, and excellence. He even had enough patience to teach me a little while he was replacing my light fixtures. He is family oriented, kind, and honest with his work. Showed up more than 3 1/2 hours late for a confirmed 10 AM appointment on 10/20/2025. Small wall switch wiring job that I had prepped for him. He arrived at 1:34 PM and drove away at 1:44 PM. He charged me $200 for less than 10 minutes work, leaving me to close the box because the receptacle screws were stripped. I had to seriously reevaluate a good impression from a 2023 work experience, due to this encounter.
Does good work, but like others have said, do not pay until all the work is complete. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get him back out here to do the final few things he said he would do.
