Karen Helmecy is one of the rudest, do-nothing , argumentative, need to control Managers I could have ever imagined. Why do they keep her? Because they don't supervise her. She puts on a show with her managers, but is a real snake in the grass to the tenants. I hate her and I've lived here 8 years and ALWAYS pay my rent in case you think I'm being evicted or something. No, I still, unfortunately live here. Would be a better place without her for sure!
