This was just my first experience with Dr. Sack, so I'll post again later. But I just wanted to address the timeliness issue that some cited a couple years back. My appointment today was smooth as silk. The whole office ran efficiently, with great kindness, and absolutely extraordinary medical attention. I could not have been happier.

Like many of the reviews, Dr Sack is a nice guy & knowledgeable however, like others have reported, the time management and waiting times are horrible, they do not respect your time at all. For nearly two years we have been attending Dr Sack and each time you are made to wait and wait. Today was no different. Waited 20minutes past our appointment time, for my son to be called into the room, then waited a further 25minutes before we left unseen. There are so many orthodontists who want to start kids on braces at 5 years old. It's a waste of money when their mouths/jaw aren't even fully formed. But Dr. Sack is NOT that type of orthodontist. He strives to be as practical and least intrusive with your orthodontic care - knowing the cost and time commitment required. Both my children and my own adult braces were with Dr. Sack.

Dr Sacks is an excellent orthodontist. I went to him when I was younger.Now I take my two kids here! He is kind ,patient and very dedicated! I would and have recommended him to all my friends and family.

I like this office. As everyone else says Dr. Sak is really nice, very knowledgeable, friendly and always does or recommends what’s best for a patient. Staff is accommodating. Yes I have to wait sometimes, but nothing unusual or extra long. I would recommend this office.

My son, Luke, had a complex series of issues secondary to cleft lip and palate. Dr. Sack's treatment and care was outstanding. Luke's surgeon said the orthodontist did an excellent job. Making appointment's was easy, the payment plan beyond fair and reasonable. He and his office staff are highly skilled, compassionate, caring professionals. His treatment-literally-changed my son's life. It made it easier for my son to eat, speak, sleep, breathe and vastly improved his appearance.

The wait time is unacceptable at this office. Dr. Sack is very friendly and a good orthodontist but I can NOT recommend this practice because of the wait time. Each appointment takes between 45 minutes and one hour. The receptionist (not Dale) is unfriendly and border-line rude. The entire appointment is unpleasant for these reasons and I will be looking for another ortho for my other child.

Very unfriendly front desk woman which makes the long wait time all the more bothersome. For EVERY appointment for over 2 yrs Dr. Sack has been running late. When I questioned it for the first time today because we had somewhere else to be the front desk woman rudely said, "So you want to reschedule?" No, I don't want to reschedule...I'd like an apology for consistently being disrespectful of everyone else's time!! Unfortunately, I can not recommend Dr. Sack even though he is a very nice person.

Dr. Sack is a kind doctor and a great orthodontist. Unfortunately, the wait time for every appointment is SO long. We plan on an hour for every appointment. He obviously over-books. So although I like him, and some of the staff, I would not recommend the practice because of the wait time!
