today marks the 3rd time in 2 months where my units (4 residences) water has been shut off and my none of my unit has been notified. office didnt answer the first time I called today about it, but was able to get through on my 2nd call. manager said "someone" was suppose to put noticeable on the doors yesterday. neither myself or my downstairs neighbor got a notice. currently have no water and not sure when it's going to come back on. no information!!
