DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They are the most unprofessional, rude, vile people I have ever met. They will cheat you out of your security deposit, never call you back, and the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. I have never dealt with a business who has worse customer service than these people. Even Comcast employees feel bad when their company screws you over - not these guys. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.
The absolute worst landlord/management company I've ever experienced. The previous tenants warned me about him while touring the row house and I neglected to listen to them based on his sweet demeanor. I've had nothing nut problems since day one, the house was trashed and I was responsible to clean it, my pipes constantly freeze when it gets cold out and he has done nothing to fix it, the basement backs up with sewage water, my furnace broke on the coldest day of winter so I went without hear for 3 days the house is in horri... read more
