Horrible doctor. Does not listen, makes up his mind before seeing you and refused to collaborate with an outside neurosurgeon who is much more experienced than him. Inaccurately wrote the aftercare note and was asked to make corrections. I would highly not remind this doctor, or most at Kaiser for that matter.
