Professionalism, thorough explanation of procedure, patience, technical excellence.
He made me feel so cared about, and comfortable. The expertise he did on my MOHS surgery was amazing! I had no pain, bruising, or swelling. The stitches looked great, and they healed fantastically!! He also was so upbeat!
The professional way my Mohs Surgery was done both times and his real concern regarding my questions...especially about care and follow-up.
