RecommendedThere is a lot to recommend about this place. The food is wonderful and I especially love the presentation. The sake don comes in a beautifully decorated lawyered box and when you open it there is an orchid on top of the meal! I was offered a sample of fresh wasabi and I loved it on my sushi. Best Sushi in the EIE so far. I eat all you can eat every week. This is true Japanese cuisine. It's not all you can eat so you will pay more but totally worth it. This sushi chef is like an artist! Beautiful creations. Each bite is eye popping. As you chew new flavors surprise your pallet. The place is small and I almost hate to share the best kept secret in Redlands!
