My husband and I really wanted to love this office because everyone was kind, and our experiences during our visits were positive. Unfortunately, the communication became overwhelming. Due to work and life, we had to cancel or postpone appointments several times. We explained that we would call when we were ready to reschedule, but the calls and text messages continued anyway.
