My kids have always gone to sachem dental, we had a change in insurance and, I had to go to another place, (don't go to concern). Anyway, this other dentist told my daughter she needs two root canals, crowns, and the 3500.00 list goes on! I felt this was bs and drove right to sachem dental. The staff was excellent in relaying my concerns to our dentist. I had to wait, obviously, but, they squeezed us in, and thankfully so! My daughter did not need 3500.00 root canal. Not happy with scheduling issues. Love Dr Gentile but waiting almost 2 months to get a tooth extracted because a consult which waisted time as the dentist advised the extraction was needed. Going to s different location for immediate care was a waist of my time but not there's as they get the office fee for doing or saying something that was already known. I am someone who is very skiddish going to the dentist. Dr C is amazing!!! He is thorough, patient and a nice person. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!
Dr C is the BEST overall Dentist I've been to. He is Kind, Funny, and Detailed about any and all Dental procedures done. I'd recommend him to any new patient.
Great staff, they made my teeth look great. Robert Commanducci was a delight.
