RecommendedMy kids have always gone to sachem dental, we had a change in insurance and, I had to go to another place, (don't go to concern). Anyway, this other dentist told my daughter she needs two root canals, crowns, and the 3500.00 list goes on! I felt this was bs and drove right to sachem dental. The staff was excellent in relaying my concerns to our dentist. I had to wait, obviously, but, they squeezed us in, and thankfully so! My daughter did not need 3500.00 root canal. A dentist who was working on my father's teeth at your office left the practice. The work wasn't completed. You took his money but won't finish the work. 9K spent and this is how you treat your clients????? Don't trust these crooks!
I love this office, Dr Mazzola is the best! He always takes the time to explain every procedure and discuss all of my concerns with me. He truly cares about his patients and it shows. The entire staff is always professional and friendly. Hygienist Sheri is great also.
