A dentist who was working on my father's teeth at your office left the practice. The work wasn't completed. You took his money but won't finish the work. 9K spent and this is how you treat your clients????? Don't trust these crooks!
I love this office, Dr Mazzola is the best! He always takes the time to explain every procedure and discuss all of my concerns with me. He truly cares about his patients and it shows. The entire staff is always professional and friendly. Hygienist Sheri is great also.
Dr. Francica, did a root canal today on an area that would not numb. He was patient , kind, compassionate, and very competent. For me, trust, competency, and experience with compassion are what is so important with a great doctor ...... he was among the best, and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you too to the very efficient office staff.
I love Dr. R HOWEVER...Three weeks for billing to get back to me so I can get the price of a bridge? Seriously unacceptable. No one seems to know whats going on..Please redeem yourselves...
