The Officer Manager and Some of the desk clerks are very rude, dismissive and unhappy with their work. The Dentist does know what's going on half the time and doesn't care when It pertains to paperwork or Drs Notes. It's like pulling teeth to get anything done in a timely fashion. Unprofessional, no accountability and Dentist are actually good. Dont frequent this establishment if you dont want headaches and fees for missed appointments no matter what!!
RecommendedGreat place to go they explain everything to you and everyone is friendly and they will work with you when you need to make payments . Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. 😀
