Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Does this provider welcome questions? No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor
