Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really

I never ever imagined a doctor can scare out a patient. My daughter had her Thyroid hormone upset by 1 point and on our visit she told us stories on how thyroid led to patients go mentally ill and psycho's. My daughter got real scared. And also we chased them for 2 months to receive blood test reports. She was tearing pages and throwing them any where in the room which wasn't professional. Her staff is damn difficult to approach, they hung us up for long duration every time we called up. I would highly say not to visit this ... read more

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. Every time I called the office they kept on putting me on hold. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.

Does this endocrinologist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was this endocrinologist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
