I have been a patient for 15 years. Excellent doctor. I am now looking for a new doctor due to office staff mistake and refusal of doctor to correct it. The doctor prescribed my medication for generic brand for 90 day's at a cost to me for $20.00. The staff faxed in the script for generic brand but for 30 day's. I caught the mistake on line, called the office and they faxed the correction changing to 90 day's but mistakenly put Brand name required. This now changed my cost to $94.00 for the same pills. This Dr Know -love his practice like Worship. Her diagnosis and treatment with lots of love.We feel like our family person.Each steps explained well, Controlled Diabetic and striking to improve.Its blessing to have Dr like her.We recommend 10 out of 10 times.
Good doctor. Long wait time
Very unprofessional staff.I had to keep calling them to refill my prescription.Inspite of all the call they still did not process my prescription request.this was an emergency as I was traveling for few week and was running low on my medication.The wait time is always more than 1 hour.Very inefficient system.will not recommend this dr to anyone.
