Today I had the unfortunate experience of being COMPLETELY locked out of my house. I called SACCO’s within an hour of them closing and they still sent someone out to Oneida to help with absolutely no hesitation. Paul was very efficient in getting me back into my home and I am very grateful for his quick and reliable service.
Very quick and friendly service. Highly recommend. I will definitely use them again.
I had an excellent experience today with Mike. My car was in Old Forge with a flat tire and no keys (I lost mine). Mike was extremely helpful in helping me figure out how to get my car to them and get keys made for an absolutely wonderful price! Not only that, but he helped my friend get my spare tire on my car so we could go somewhere to get the tire fixed! Thank you so much for the help and I’d highly recommend them to anyone!
Employee Michael was very rude to me on the telephone when I was asking him questions. Not very friendly in person either, does not smile, orders staff around in a way that could have been said nicer. Anyways it was not necessary, nor did I not appreciate it. He made me feel very uncomfortable in the store while waiting for my key. I've been going here for years, never a problem till now. Unfortunately wont be going back. I'd rather go elsewhere. This place is the bomb... They solved a bad dilemma for me when some car keys were lost and needed to be replicated. Mike Sacco did great work. Thanks to all!
They came out to put a combination dead bolt on the entry door of my house. They were prompt, fairly priced, and professional.
