Horrendous customer service, they never return my phone calls at all. I must’ve called and left four or five messages over the course of two months and I have not had one call returned, when I called to make adjustments to my policy, they never made the changes and I had to come in because they would not return my phone calls. Then they said they would fix their mistake and I would get a credit never happened. My suggestion to you is to stay far far away from sacchetti insurance.

Owning many cars at the ripe old age of 21 usually means expensive insurance, but Paul over here has helped me swap all my garage queens over to an agreed value policy for considerably less than what I was paying at Geico. 10/10 service and I will be sending as many people as I can here from now on.
