We bought a few scooters from SAC cycle and was promised the trunk for both 3 months ago. He explained how the trunks were not in the shipment crates and were being sent separate. Worst Customer service ever! – This is the worst scooter shop in the entire world. First of all when you walk in the door you are treated like dirt. The owner and employees act like they are to good to help you. I had a scooter that I took in for service and after telling me it was not really worth fixing they gave it back to me disasembled and did not bother to keep all the bolts and screws. SAC CYCLE is the BEST place to GO to – After reading the couple of bad reviews here, I felt the need to set things straight about these guys because for over five years I've done business with Sac Cycle and I've always gotten nothing but good service from them. totally satisfied. I've even purchased my bike there and man have been so happy. Jim and JJ are the BEST! I recommend them totally!!!
THEY DIDN"T RIP ME OFF ! ! – These guts came through fur me with flyihg colors! I called for a wuote on an engine and it was close to half the price of the other guys. I showed up to buy it and it turned out the engine they quoted me on would not fit in my bike . Big red flag went up. They did locate the one I needed but that was a very low mi motor (less than 500 mi) These guys stood behind their original quote and gave me the low mi motor for the same price! good luck getting your parts///////////// – i ordered my parts on a saterday they told me they ship out that day it turns out they shipped four days later i called them every day trying to get a tracking number and all i could get was a bunch of crap i will never order anything from this place agian and hope no one else has to deal with this shit
They rip people off! – They are a Rip Off!!!! I was told that I was getting a motor out of a GSXR 1000, when I got the motor, I could see right away that it was not a 1000. When I called Jim (the owner) he kept insisting that the motor was a 1000 and that he watched them take it out of the bike. So I went to a Suzuki dealership and had them run the VIN. Turns out it's a 599cc engine that was put in a GSXR 600 and shipped to the US from the Suzuki Factory. Now I'm trying to get my money back and have had to file a dispute thr... read more
