Interesting comments. I wish I had read them before buying anything here. The customer service is terrible. I brought a bike from this establishment and when I brought it in for a tune-up it caused the motor to burn out within a couple of weeks, then when I brought it back in to find out what had happened they let it sit in their shop for months. CHECK YELP on the website before going to SAC CYCLE – Absolutely an extra $49.00 and tax was paid. Reminder the trunks are painted the same color as the actual scooter (whether it's pink, baby blue, black, white or green.) They were 100% paid for and they come with the scooter. Try to call SAC CYCLE to order a separate trunk and see what they say? They do not carry the trunks separately. The trunks COME WITH THE SCOOTER, so how can you order it extra for $49.00? Over the top Service – I bought a scooter from Jim at sac cycle and after having it a week I accidentally left my key on and killed my battery. I know it was my fault and called to see how I could get it in for them to replace my battery. Jim sent an employee to my house he picked up my scooter took it to the shop and charged my battery and did a full service because I has 300 miles on it. These Guys ROCK – The staff at Sac Cycle are some of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever encountered I walked in not sure what part I needed for my motorcycle as a novice I was relying on what a friend told me was wrong with my bike. BEAS SHOP AROUND – These guys are the best shop in town. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. The prices are by far lower than and motorcycle shop I have dealt with and the Owner Is a sweet guy who bends over backwards for you. They fixed my bike for less than Half of what the dealer quoted me and got it done in two days. Great Job Will send every one I know there
TOP NOTCH SHOP – Sac Cycle is a top notch operation. I brought my Kymco in to have service done on it. The dealership that sold it to me said the motor was bad and it would be over $ 1000.00 to repair it. I called Sac Cycle for parts and they suggested I bring it in first. They found it was a simple valve job and I was back on the road for $ 65.00.
