Worked with Scott and Michelle for a year renting a house out of Elk Grove. They are the best property managers Iâ??ve ever dealt with. Punctual, and service minded, willing to bend over backward to make sure you the renter are happy. Their communication about renter responsibilities, terms of the rental contract, etc is prompt and clear. I give them top marks for their efforts with several minor repairs in the house as well as help with our AC system which at one point needed some tuning up. We rented from Sac City Rentals for almost two years in Elk Grove. We've recently moved to another area. Scott and Michelle made renting an enjoyable experience. We found the rental online, and they were willing to rent to us when we were coming from out of state. If repairs were needed, all we needed to do was make a phone call and a reliable repairman was there within a day or two. 4/29/14 Hey Michelle, Just wanted to say that last year this time, as you know me and my family were going through a transition.
