Response very nice people
They were the perfect mix of good guys and used car salesmen. Of course they are there to make money, but they took care of a couple of issues I had with the car before signing the contract. I thought that was pretty nice.

Fast response did not purchase vehicle but people were pleasant.
The standard features of the car were listed like many other listings from other dealers. The keyless entry was not available and were given the "backup" key to the car. The one that doesn't open the trunk. Very clean car as described and a no hassle buying experience.
They were pretty up front about the car, and that it would have some issue passing smog, two years from now, because the car had allot of aftermarket parts on it..
They did not know anything about the car, not even when did they buy it.... And when was the accident..... I did not get any response for my emails as well. The car was in a horrible shape but looked good from outside. It was a bad experience.

Responded very quickly by email and phone. Professional and polite sales rep. I decided on a completely different vehicle, so didn't end up buying from them.
