If rocket mortgage sends this guy to your property tell him to leave, he has no clue on what he is doing! He does not know how to do appraisal or know how to measure he is there to make sure you do not get a accurate appraisal. Stay away from this company and him! Response no you did not the same house sold and I mean exactly the Sam, based on your report sold for 197k and you have the Sq feet wrong sir!! You did wrong...I filed a claim against your insurance fyi and let them deal with your incompetence.....
