Terrible experience. I reserved a massage. Arrived in time and rang the bell. Charlie finally opened the door. Informed he cancelled my appointment. WHAT?! I showed him my email with my confirmation as well as a reminder. He booked my time with someone else. No apology. No future appointment. Go elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
Have been a few times now. Very small business feel, no frills and both Charlie and Dao know what they’re doing. They address requested problem areas but can also identify tension I hadn’t even come in for and work it. Great value for the service received!
Both Charlie and Dao are really fantastic. They understand anatomy and will really dig into your knots. Best Thai massage in the city. Highly recommend.

Just had a great deep tissue massage with Charlie! I slept weird and woke up with an awful neck and shoulder ache and Charlie made it so much better. I definitely want to gatekeep their warm, clean, inviting place but Charlie and Dao are so nice I have to share :)
