The service guy did call to say he was going to be late. He was nice and the windows looked good but he didn't replace anything he moved to get to the windows.

Man was good and thorough, but had a heavy Hungarian accent which made him hard to understand, though we had no serious problem communicating.

Did a good job cleaning however two screens were ripped. Also all the screens were put in from the outside which means you need a ladder to take them out.
