Sabrina’s Window Cleaning was a horrible experience. They charged a high amount $180 to clean 10 windows on a one story house. When the window cleaner told me she was finished, I checked the windows and said “Why is there still dirt around these windows?” She tried to charge me extra to wipe down the frames. I called the company and Danielle argued with me telling me there is extra charge to wipe the frames and my windows were so dirty. Why would call to have my window cleaned if they were clean??? Our full service includes cleaning the inside and out side of the windows, hand cleaning the screens, wiping out the track getting rid of loose dead bugs and debris as well as apply our rain repellent which is a $99 Value for free. The young man who did the washing did not do a good job. Window still have Mark's which he insists are from eater from the sprinkler system. Mark's are Mark's. They have come off before. He did not do the frames as I was told he would nor were the sills debris free. He did not put the couch back in place and left debris from his cleaning on the floors. It was obvious he was in a hurry. And I was charged nearly 25% more than the phone estimate. I was not satisfied with the job nor would I use them again.
