Professional, courteous staff. Prompt with great attention to detail & responsive to customer needs. Young man who performed cleaning was wonderful.
Did so-so job last year. Gave them second chance. They sent cleaner to wrong address.

The guy was very polite and very nice. But the screens were filthy when he left. They had to come back and do a rush job on the screens. They still are not the cleanest. I asked why the screens weren't being hosed down and cleaned right and he said he didn't have the right equipment. Why did they send him without the right equipment?!! Dirty water was being used to clean my screens. I asked why he had cleaned the tracks, but yet the sides were dirty.
