Andre and Osbel were good - my only "complaint" regarded screens that I thought were going to be hand washed. They were actually only wiped off with a cloth so I'm not convinced that dirt was effectively removed but I was satisfied after talking with Danielle (manager) ho was excellent hence the 5 star rating for customer service. The screens did appear clearer but I'd still encourage the company to provide an option for actually washing the screens as our dirt in sticky.
