RecommendedI went in today with a watch that my dad bought me 25 years ago. After so many years of daily wear, the stainless steel band had become pretty scratched. They buffed it for me, free of charge. The staff was so courteous and I was delighted to find that outstanding customer service still exists. My watch isn’t an expensive piece, but it means a lot to me and the staff treated me like a valued customer...thanks!!
