DO NOT HIRE. All they want is your money. We paid for a $300 yearly contract, they showed up to inspect the unit for a total of 10 min, said everything looked great and then never heard from them again. I had a major leak that soaked the entire downstairs recently and was told I had to pay another $300 to fix it because it wasn't covered in my contract and I should have replaced the filter myself before it leaked.
