Bad loyalty Service – My cousin spent three days at this spa before the wedding. She brought all her bridesmaids in for services. I called in the AM because I woke up with a sick baby, They wouldn't allow me to cancel my appointment and wanted to charge me full fee. I will show up an have the message... I just think it is shaddy considering My cousin was responsible for over 1000.00 worth of service in three days.
Nothing But The Best – I have been going to Sableux for 10+ years and have always had positive experiences. Firstly, my stylist is AMAZING! Amy does the best cuts and colors and is always happy to make recommendations on how to best care for my hair. Everyone there including the front desk staff is consistently pleasant and upbeat. Just this past weekend a staff member even walked me out to my car IN THE POURING RAIN with an umbrella to avoid ruining my hair for a friends wedding. Really bad experience – I had my hair done with one of the new stylists at Sableux. My hair turned out yellow and I still had to pay for it. I went back the next day to fix it, she left an orange spot on my hair this time. I refused to go back the second time to fix it. I went to a different salon afterwards to let them take a look at that spot. They were shocked that I was charged for that awful job. Sableux general manager refused to reimburse my money. Unprofessional – Had a very unprofessional bikini wax. I complained to the front desk and I did get an apology and a gift certificate from the manager. I decided to give the salon another try. I called to check to see if they provided a specific service and the response I got from the person who answered the phone was, "no, I don't THINK we do that." Have been going to Sableux for years & love it – I have been going to Sableux for over 15 years. Over the years stylist have left but mgmt has always made recommendations and I have liked each stylist they recommend. If price is the issue, you can ask for a sylist that is a little less experienced and price will reflect that. I have done this in the past and have always thought the stylist did a great job. my haircut was good – my haircut was good and the girl cutting my hair was nice. she did curse a lot while telling me her life story. i doubt i will go back, because the prices are too high. but overall it was fine.
Avoid rough nail tech! – I get my nails done quit often and have for several years now. I normally go to Sableux Salon and Spa, but recently the girl I liked to use left after having her baby! I am so sad to see her go! My last experience at this salon was awful! My girl friend and I went to get our nails done together. Bad Bad Bad – I went to Sableux for a haircut and asked for an inch to be taken off. She cut my hair up to my shoulders, about 4 inches more than I asked to be cut. I was so upset I didn't know what to do. A few months later I went to a new salon for a trim and the stylist there noticed the underneat hair was cut inches shorter than the outside layers. Terrible Customer Service and I have been a customer for years. – I was very dissapointed. I have been a customer at Sableux for years. I made an appointment for two back to back sessions. They reversed the appointments. I had never said anything before when mistakes were made, but this time I decided to say something. They said it was not their fault. I was stunned.
