Place is pretty nice but staff at leasing office is really bad and the water bills are outrageous!
I'm very dissatisfied with a few things. 1 problem is Damage to my car happened because of the gate malfunctioning, and I went to report it and the manager says to me unfortunately there is nothing we can do because there are signs. We deserve an updated gate system if that is the only way to get to our apartment. I would have told the tenant that I will look into the gate malfunctioning and/or have maintenance look into it. Over-Priced, Poorly-Maintained, Incompetently-Managed Apartment Community! Going from First Communities to Greystar sure did not do this place any good!
