The visit was very nice. I felt heard and was given assurance that while my insurance was going to be a source of grief over prior authorizations, there were different routes we could take to care of my health. If I had any concerns or questions, they were there every day and available to answer those questions. I was told two weeks ago they would call for a blood sugar log. That has not been done.
