I interacted with Bill via my own real estate agent due to him being the agent on the house I was interested in. After putting in an application they tried numerous times to contact him regarding the updates and status of the home....we got NO response and finally 2 days later received a short email with a pathetic sorry at the end and my application wasn't chosen.
