This is supposed to be a no smoking facility, but if you look in the building 2 courtyard you will see that no one cares.
The walls are very thin. In every direction. Keep that in mind!
If you live on the higher floors please don't throw stogies over the balcony.
Awesome place to escape the heat!
We tried to renew/transfer but we hv to pay new 800. for pets n 500. transfer fee. 200. increase to stay in noisy unit! Glad there are many other options around the corner! Over and outta here!
Best pool ever!
Parking is non existent after 5pm and they have triple the handicap spaces than required and unused. Pet deposit and pet rent is pure theft! But pool, floor plans and staff are great.
