Good location for law students and nice management. Bad elevators

Good location, near a Tom Thumb, Chase bank and bus stop. The staff is great and the apartments are well maintained
Nice modern style apartments. Close to UT campus and I35. On walking distance from 24h supermarket and coffee shop. Common areas should be more clean.
Anthem on 12th is a brand new building currently leasing Studios, 1 beds, and 2 bedroom units. With industrial designs, modern finishes, and great amenities...Anthem on 12th is the only place to live!
Just changed management to Marquis at Brookhaven!
Exterior renovations have been going on since June with an expected completion time of one month. Three full months later and still no end in sight.
Love this apartment building. Definitely worth looking at if you are moving
