Rental is full of cockroaches and mice. Not worth the $1500 a month we are paid in rent.
The somewhat reasonable rent (even that is a stretch) is nowhere near worth it for the living conditions. They were always turning the heat off in the winter, the 4 laundry machines were always broken and would eat the quarters, elevator never worked, packages stolen, people shooting up in the stairwell, endless noise complaints about neighbors playing their instruments were never addressed.
