Don't waste your time and money coming here. The food is mediocre and the service sucks since there was not enough help. I seen them walk in with frozen scallop and squid in a box like you get out of the Vietnamese markets. Never again.

Business response:

I'm sorry to hear that you got this impression, Adrian, as we know that we're capable of much more. We take pride in all of our dishes and our service team, and I hope you'll offer us another chance to impress you in the future. I know that we're capable of much more. -Tom

Restaurant was not very clean and the clam chowder smelled like spoiled fish, and tasted terrible. However the bread bowl was good and all I ate. Expensive, boiled down to $10 for a piece of bread.

Business response:

It's disheartening to hear this, Jean -- the cleanliness of our restaurant and the taste of our seafood are both top priorities with ours. If you noticed anything off with your table or your clam chowder, my team would have immediately looked into it if you brought it up. In any case, I do take your feedback to heart and plan to touch base with them about this. -Tom

I know everyone claims to have the best chowder in SF but this is truly the best clam chowder you can get!

Business response:

It's awesome you consider our clam chowder the best, Stephany -- we know it's a tough competition on the Wharf! -Tom

Great food at great prices. Seated right away. Their own bread is fantastic.

It's just great you enjoyed things here, Steve! Thanks for stopping by while on the Wharf. -Tom
