I bought a brand new house from Sabdia 1 year ago- would absolutely buy / build with them if an opportunity arises. I have found the communication and post handover to be great, all emails always responded and small issues which are normal with a house always attended to. Steve and Johnny have been the main contacts and have been great to deal with post purchase.
