Booked an appointment with them and they gave me a 2 hour window for when they’d arrive. Didn’t arrive at all, don’t call to let me know, I reached out to them but didn’t answer or return my phone call. Wouldn’t recommend in any way due to poor customer service and being completely unreliable.
Don’t even waste your time, they never ever ever answer their phone. I literally called everyday for weeks and even left voicemails. They keep wasting their money on Mail marketing and never responds to a single person that calls to use their service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have no idea how to maintain a pool. The pool has been green for 2 weeks. This happened for several weeks last summer as well. I was hopeful that this summer season coming it would be different, I was way wrong as its only April and they can’t get it right. Besides not knowing how to prevent a pool from turning green they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and the worst part of all,, they are VERY Dishonest!
