Nelson Sabates should not be allowed to perform surgeries. He performed macular pucker surgery on my left eye, which left me partially blinded with extremely distorted vision. When I expressed my concern when the eye wasn't healing, he kept lying to me, by telling me it was getting better and the swelling just had to go down. He was also very condescending. Also after my cataract surgery on my right eye, a steroid was over-prescribed which resulted in my having to go to a corneal expert to save the eye. Please find anot... read more

Very simple eye exam and terrible service due to charging up to $200 for a contact lense prescription, it should be part of the full exam. This is the type of medical facility that cares more about the money than their own patients. Shoul be ashamed.

Was not a good experience. Do not recommend. “Dilating drops make it hard for your eyes to focus on things close to you. You probably won't be able to read, use the computer, or do other tasks that require near vision after your appointment, unless you wear bifocals or use reading glasses.Mar 20, 2019” The tech dilated my parents eyes and then did a prescription “1 or 2?” process. We loved the atmosphere there and the friendly, helpful staff. Thorough exam from the doctor as well as very informative and a feeling that he would stay with you as long as you needed to get all your questions answered! We would highly recommend them!
