I visit this place to get my eyebrows threaded ($5) and although the staff are very skilled, I'm not a big fan of the thread they use. Usually, the use of 100% cotton thread is used to minimize pain and for easier use, but the thread they use in here feels thin and hurts me. I've had my eyebrows threaded for yeas now, and I'm pretty sure that it isn't supposed to hurt as much as it does when I visit here.

I came in after having a bad experience elsewhere - had to grow my hair back, etc. etc. Asked Saba if she had experience with frizzy, curly hair - she does, and did an incredible job! I was so overjoyed - and yes, she did the cut quick but that, I think, is a trademark of her skill. I'd much rather pay the $40 for reliable experience than go somewhere that lies about their skills just to get your money. And threading is always perfect here!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owner and her employees have no idea what they are doing. I Showed Saba (owner) a picture of the type of hair style I wanted, and when she finished doing my hair it looked nothing like the picture. Her work is very sloppy and quick. I paid her $40 for a hairstyle that looked like a 5 year old did it. I will never be going back here again!

I went to get because I used to, Owner did my wax and which is perfect but lady who did my facial cheated, 1 mi Scrub, 1 min message and she just wasted time and put pack on it and left. He owner thought she is working on my facial for 45 mins. I was shocked that they can do cheat on customer. I think owner does not know and I did not want to say anything so I left after paying cash. And they asked for cash only, no credit card. If owner like me to come than she needs to apologize here on review page.

I love shopping local and was excited to have this place right down the street when I first moved here. I was so disappointed! There wasn't a long waiting period before I got there but not long after, the place filled up. Now I don't mind waiting for service that is great and the fact that there were so many people there I figured the woman had to be great. Nope.
