Received my order. Well packaged and great quality.
I placed an order on Black Friday and I have not received any sort of update. I’ve tried calling, emailed, and no response. Not sure what else to do here except report you guys for fraud as I have not received any response or shipping confirmation. Not pleased or happy at all with the lack of care for your customers and terrible customer service.
It was great the first time I ordered (although a little pricey). However, the second time I ordered, a month went by and I still hadn’t received it or a shipment confirmation. I contacted them multiple times via email and phone, and they never got back to me. I had to open a claim with PayPal, asking for my money back. Only then did they finally send the tracking info. They did not even respond to me-no explanation whatsoever. I received the items which were damaged last night... They were open and leaking through the box. ... read more
LOVE these products so far! The smell of the Green Tea and Plumeria lotions are absolutely heavenly, and they are so hydrating without the weight and stickiness of a body butter. The soaps are wonderful as well - gentle and moisturizing. Highly, highly recommend!
These products are phenomenal...they smell fantastic and feel like silk on the skin!!!
