I had an amazing experience at the clinic today. I'm absolutely terrified of all things dental, and I was so anxious before the appointment. I was greeted by Kevin (I so hope I have his name right) with kind efficiency at the front desk. He let me know what to expect and I didn't have to wait at all! I then met with Conrad, who was so friendly and personable that I (almost) forgot to be afraid. I told him about my fear, and he immediately did everything he could to put me at ease.
