I hav always been fearful of the dentist in the past...but my experience at Prefered Dental has been very non-threatening
This Dental Facility has the best staff, and the most professional Dentist i have ever seen,Make sure you ask for Dr. Lee she is the best and understands the needs of her patients in this field no pain and you gain a brighter smile.
I love going to the offices of Preferred Dental Care, everything is so clean, sleek, modern and the staff very friendly. I had to wait sometime last time but I loved watching the dentist's shows they have so the wait went by very fast. I am looking forward to the next visit!

I do not think a receptionist should ask about any changes in medical history in front other patients who are seating in the waiting room.
From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, you are treated kindly and taken great care of. You can tell that everyone cares about the patients from the receptionist, to the dentists, to the accounting people.
