I’ve tried a number of shops around the Hollywood area, and by a huge margin this one’s the best and my #1 most trusted shop.
An incredibly honest and thorough shop! Explained everything I needed to know, was completely transparent about pricing, and didn’t pressure in any way. Even acknowledged what could be done now or in six months time. I’ve been about 3 times now and consistently feel the same. If I were to go to the dealership (Porsche) it would have been double. Highly recommend!
Came in with a battery warning on my Mercedes CLA 250. The team at Saab & Raffi checked it, did a quick reset, explained everything clearly, and didn’t charge me. Honest, fast, and kind, saved me a dealer visit. Highly recommend!

Saab & Raffi and the whole crew did an amazing job. They were very transparent with the prices and showed me the problem that was going on with my car. They gave me a fair rate as well. Definitely recommend them if you're in the Hollywood area.
